4/29/08 - The real traitor talks of treachery.

For sale to any bidder!
Niniboy, the real traitor. He will set you
up then, sell you out to the highest bidder...

Worried about how he would look to others in his failure to get the LTO documents, Niniboy(Atty Elpidio) starts to panic and puts blame on others, Jun Mayor in this case. Later on, he bares that his own immediate family has contacts at the LTO office who could have helped in this matter. So, why rely on someone who is seemingly untrustworthy?

Is Niniboy naive and so trusting or does he just think people are stupid?

More on this later on.

Dear Noel,

The lawyer said during our meeting yesterday and in his email the same day that he saw nothing wrong in my affidavit submitted to LTO, and that Jun Mayor should have done some explanation to me . I thought at first that Jun was attending to his sick father and could not either call, text, or see me to make the report. Now I am not even sure if he has a sick father because it only takes a few minutes for him to call or text me to make a report . Besides I have been textring and calling him to report to me. Also, our cousin Hedda, daugther of Uncle Samuel, who lives downstairs in Sta. Ana has been telling him to call me.

I will circulate the email of the lawyer after I secure his approval. He has not yet responded to my call. He might be busy with a meeting or client call. I do not see this a problem. Only a mater of professional courtesy.

Noel, traidor pala ito si Jun Mayor. I thought he was a decent man. I even thought for a while of hiring him as our family driver after Mamang died. Baka din pakawala siya or he is commodity whose loyalty is to the highest bidder. They are reportedly together in Sibuyan now, or are on the way there.

I also learned only yesterday that he was fired as driver of Auntie Emma for loss of confidence, to use a language to be kind to him.

Challenging itong situation dito. Sana kasama kita dito sa Manila or another sibling who has guts. But, I have to accept the truth.

Marami pa ang mangyayari. Marami pang tactics for delay. I foresee the need to go to court on this later.

Ating lang muna ito.

Jun, furnishing you a first draft of the estate settlement for your
parents. Pls note that the valuation of the shares of stock for some
companies are still blank, as I am determining with the SEC if such
companies still in fact exist. Also, since most if not all of the
shares of stock were issued in the 60s and early 70s, the par value
may have been modified for corporate financing purposes. I am also
awaiting a formal reply from the UCPB about the extent of your late
mother's shareholdings, since the copy of the stock certificate
furnished me states she has 36 common shares as of September 1976.

Please note that I did not include the PNB peso and dollar accounts,
details of which were provided by Nonoy, since according to the Bank
Certification dated February 26, 2008, it appears that the said
accounts are both in the name of Manuel M. Gamboa, and not in the
name of your late mother.

I assume that your siblings based in the US will be executing a power
of attorney authorizing a Manila-based sibling to sign for them;
absent any information regarding this detail, all siblings are
assumed to be signing in their own behalf, except for your sister, Ma. Elena.

Please revert to me at your soonest convenience for clarifications.
Thanks and regards.
