Later on, he bares that his own immediate family has contacts at the LTO office who could have helped in this matter. So, why rely on someone who is seemingly untrustworthy?

Dear Noel,
The lawyer said during our meeting yesterday and in his email the same day that he saw nothing wrong in my affidavit submitted to LTO, and that Jun Mayor should have done some explanation to me . I thought at first that Jun was attending to his sick father and could not either call, text, or see me to make the report. Now I am not even sure if he has a sick father because it only takes a few minutes for him to call or text me to make a report . Besides I have been textring and calling him to report to me. Also, our cousin Hedda, daugther of Uncle Samuel, who lives downstairs in Sta. Ana has been telling him to call me.
I will circulate the email of the lawyer after I secure his approval.He has not yet responded to my call. He might be busy with a meeting or client call. I do not see this a problem. Only a mater of professional courtesy.
Noel, traidor pala ito si Jun Mayor. I thought he was a decent man. I even thought for a while of hiring him as our family driver after Mamang died. Baka din pakawala siya or he is commodity whose loyalty is to the highest bidder. They are reportedly together in Sibuyan now, or are on the way there.
I also learned only yesterday that he was fired as driver of Auntie Emma for loss of confidence, to use a language to be kind to him.
Challenging itong situation dito. Sana kasama kita dito sa Manila or another sibling who has guts. But, I have to accept the truth.
Marami pa ang mangyayari. Marami pang tactics for delay. I foresee the need to go to court on this later.
