Title to Sibuyan Property

Dear All,
Attached are three land titles (Certificate of Land Ownership Award, CLOA) covering the Sibuyan property left by Mamang.
Nonoy mentioned these titles in his earlier text to me on May 3.
The Municipal Agrarian Reform Officer of the Department of Agrarian Reform in Magdiwang, Sibuyan is in town for an official task. He gave me yesterday xerox copies of the three titles. Two of the three titles are in the names of myself and Noel (for 34,165 square meters and 2,175 square meters, respectively) , and one title for 272 square meters, in the name of Noel alone.
Altogether the property is about 3.4 hectares, more or less.
Kindly take note that the titles are with dates of May 22, 2006, February 24, 2006, and June 14, 2006 , respectively.
The original of the titles will be released only upon signing and affixing a thumbmark to the receipt document.
Noel, where do I send the documents for your signature and thumbmark? There is also an information sheet for you to fill up.
